Nick's 4y/o Well Check (last "IL Well Check")...

Here are a few snapshots of Nick's last "IL WELL CHECK...4y/o" with Dr. Luke Pogue. This is the office I use to work at, enjoyed working with (for) Dr. Luke Pogue and my "pod", gained some GREAT friends and miss them allllllll ALOT!

The one pic of me is with another nurse (Christina) there who I have really become good friends with. The lady "listening" to Nick's heart is Lisa, our WONDERFUL tech. I don't know what I was thinking...I didn't even take a picture of Nick with Dr. Luke Pogue. DUH! LOL!

Everything went "well" (LOL) at the "well check"...Nick is good-to-go for another year...hopeefully!
